All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments must be completed at the time of booking. Mega Scans & Labs reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

5. Reports and Confidentiality
All test reports are delivered via secure digital channels or as otherwise agreed. Reports are confidential and shared only with the patient or authorized representatives. We do not disclose results to third parties without consent unless required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mega Scans & Labs and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for:
Delays caused by technical, logistical, or third-party issues.
Incorrect results arising from factors beyond our control (such as improper sample collection).
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage.
Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
